Excellent customer service from Ruari MacAulay and an equally as good product at the end to match. I was using grant money to help pay for the bottles which leads to a lot of extra paperwork and messing about when trying to place an order. Ruari was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process despite me bombarding him with emails and questions! One tiny thing I would change about the process is that the sample bottle I received was a matt finish and lasered design. I got the same bottle (the adventure bottle) but it was a gloss finish not matt. Presumably the black sample is matt as standard and the white version is gloss as standard. This did not really affect things as I am still delighted with the end product and service. It's a very minor detail that may be worth noting in the product name for example Adventure bottle white (gloss) or adventure bottle black (matt).

Ordering was very easy - a sample design was emailed really quickly and placing the order was quick and simple. I was promised my order by a certain date and it arrived early! Amazing service, great experience dealing with Caroline - would highly recommend for any personalised items!
