We are new customers and from the first contact with Adam to receiving the final products he was excellent to work with. We received samples very quickly, our order was processed smoothly and we received it ahead of the scheduled date. I look forward to working with Adam again.

Extremely flexible to our changing needs
Flashbay and especially Ruari was extremely flexible and understanding of our changing needs. We were able to order specific quantities which really aided our activities. Design updates were turned around quickly and communication was very clear throughout. Many thanks Ruari and the team at Flashbay.

Brilliant experience
Lewis was great with communication. He was quick to respond and gave a few options of what I was looking for.
The delivery was quick and items came well packed and in a very professional appearance.

Amazing service and quality items!
As soon as I made contact with the sales team, they were attentive. Theodore was quick to respond and provide quotes and send out samples of the products. He was patient with my questions and requests and had no problem going back and forth with the placement and size of my artwork. Once the order was placed, it arrived very quickly and I'm very pleased with the items received. They are also very competitively priced without having to compromise on quality - especially for small print runs! I would highly recommend them.

Great customer service and delivery times
