I couldn’t be happier with the service and products. Everything was outstanding from start to finish.
I had quite a few challenges with shipping, but Theodore was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to ensure everything was organised correctly—even at very short notice. Thanks to his support, the bottles arrived ahead of time for my event without any issues.
I would highly recommend the Traveller bottles—they are excellent quality. My client and the conference attendees were absolutely raving about them, with many saying they were among the best bottles they’ve ever received.
I will definitely be using Flashbay again and will be recommending them to all my colleagues. A special shoutout to Theodore for truly exceptional customer service!

Ruari was extremely helpful with my enquiry. He sent samples and we were impressed with the quality of the initial order we received.

Rachel the CSA got back to me right away to understand exactly what I needed when I asked for a quote. We were on a tight timeline and required a large number of bottles, and everything was handled quickly and smoothly. Delivery was right on time as promised, and the bottles arrived clean and nicely packed in a box, very much appreciated. Everything was easy from beginning to end.
