Great Service and Quality of Products
We were looking for branded mugs for our pharmacy and approached several companies, but FlashBay stood out for both their service and the quality of the final product. As soon as I made an enquiry, a sample was already on its way in the post, which was a great start.
Theodore Smith answered all my questions promptly and was always happy to make changes when I requested updates to the artwork mock-ups. We took our time deciding on the right company, and I really appreciated how patient and understanding Theodore was during this process. Unlike some other companies, we never felt pressured by constant calls or emails.
Once the mugs arrived, Theodore even called to check that we were happy with everything, which was a really nice touch. I would definitely recommend FlashBay and would happily use them again.

Really impressed with both the product quality and the service
We recently ordered branded chargers from Flashbay and were really impressed with both the product quality and the service. The chargers look fantastic, and the regular PDF updates showing production progress were a great touch — they made the whole process feel smooth and reassuring.
