Excellent Products and Outstanding Service
We recently ordered branded cups and bottles from Flashbay and were very impressed with both the product quality and service. The products are excellent quality and keep drinks hot or cold for a long time. The whole process was quick and efficient, and the product samples were a great help in making our final selection. Theodore was professional, responsive, and quick to make any changes to quotes or logo designs. We appreciated his professional and responsive communication style, ensuring the process ran smoothly from start to finish.A great experience overall, and we would happily recommend Flashbay and Theodore.

New branded water bottles
Our bottles arrived safely, and we’re absolutely delighted with them. The quality is fantastic, the new branding for our children's charity looks spot on, and the whole process from ordering to delivery has been smooth and efficient.

I couldn’t be happier with the service and products. Everything was outstanding from start to finish.
I had quite a few challenges with shipping, but Theodore was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to ensure everything was organised correctly—even at very short notice. Thanks to his support, the bottles arrived ahead of time for my event without any issues.
I would highly recommend the Traveller bottles—they are excellent quality. My client and the conference attendees were absolutely raving about them, with many saying they were among the best bottles they’ve ever received.
I will definitely be using Flashbay again and will be recommending them to all my colleagues. A special shoutout to Theodore for truly exceptional customer service!
