Amazing service!
Nicholas was great in communicating with us in ordering some mugs for our service. Love the sample mug just to know how their quality is. The delivery and production were so quick! I would suggest to my manager for us to use Flashbay again if we needed to make any new products for our service!

All up to standards and even better
I ordered 175ml coffee travel cups and they are a hit. Just great in the cold winter morning to have this little cup instead of huge "barrel". The service was great and Lewis took good care of my order. I recommend this 100% My verdict is A+ for this service and product.

Great Service and Quality of Products
We were looking for branded mugs for our pharmacy and approached several companies, but FlashBay stood out for both their service and the quality of the final product. As soon as I made an enquiry, a sample was already on its way in the post, which was a great start.
Theodore Smith answered all my questions promptly and was always happy to make changes when I requested updates to the artwork mock-ups. We took our time deciding on the right company, and I really appreciated how patient and understanding Theodore was during this process. Unlike some other companies, we never felt pressured by constant calls or emails.
Once the mugs arrived, Theodore even called to check that we were happy with everything, which was a really nice touch. I would definitely recommend FlashBay and would happily use them again.
