I couldn’t be happier with the service and products. Everything was outstanding from start to finish.
I had quite a few challenges with shipping, but Theodore was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to ensure everything was organised correctly—even at very short notice. Thanks to his support, the bottles arrived ahead of time for my event without any issues.
I would highly recommend the Traveller bottles—they are excellent quality. My client and the conference attendees were absolutely raving about them, with many saying they were among the best bottles they’ve ever received.
I will definitely be using Flashbay again and will be recommending them to all my colleagues. A special shoutout to Theodore for truly exceptional customer service!

Execution speed was unreal
Execution speed was unreal. After an inquiry on a custom USB drive, they sent proofs and samples that arrived within a day or so. After order placement, we received our custom product in 5 days. way beyond any initial expectations and they kept all commitments. It is very clear they care very much about exceptional customer experience.
