Bella was amazing. From the moment I submitted my enquiry, she responded straight away with a quote and even took the time to call and understand exactly what I was looking for. She answered all of my questions quickly and provided excellent customer service throughout. I’ll definitely be back again! The product was also of really good quality, and the print was perfect. I got sent samples of the bags before ordering, so I knew exactly what I was receiving.

Fantastic service and quality
We had a fantastic experience working with this team. From the very beginning, Rob was incredibly helpful, he was extremely quick in providing pricing, sending out a sample pack, and guiding us through the entire ordering process.
Once we gave the green light, the products arrived quickly and in perfect condition. We are extremely pleased with both the quality of the merchandise and the level of service provided. We will definitely be using them again for our branding needs!

Great service
Lewis was very helpful and send us some samples so we could choose which bag would suit our needs best. The production and delivery of the printed bags was also very quick. Additionally, Lewis provided us with all the additional information needed such as print guides.

Great Quality and Quick Delivery
We were in a pinch and needed a whole lot of merch/giveaways for a trade event - Rigon at Flashbay was immensely helpful and managed to get our order sorted and delivered well in advance of the show. Everything came out perfectly, and the tote bags are a real head-turner. We'll definitely be working with Flashbay for future events.
